Marcus Monroe

    I am a mechanical engineer and MBA graduate based in the Pacific Northwest, with experience leading complex technical work across customers, suppliers, engineering teams, and regulatory organizations. My engineering background has shaped how I approach problem-solving and operations, while my business education has strengthened my interest in leadership, strategy, and long-term company building. Outside of work, I have a deep connection to the ocean through boating, fishing, and surfing. I am seeking to acquire and personally operate a successful small business, working directly with an owner who is considering retirement, succession, or a transition to new leadership. My goal is to preserve what has made the company successful, support its employees and customers, and build on the owner’s legacy over the long term.
